Jefferson is seeking Junior Business Operations Analyst III to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Field Operations Business Operations (FOBO).
This role will be Onsite, in one of the following locations: Huntsville, AL, Irving, TX, San Antonio, TX, Fairview Heights, IL, Livonia, MI, Downers Grove, IL, Dayton, OH, Biloxi, MS, Atlanta, GA, Melbourne, FL, Mt. Laurel, NJ, Norwood, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Westbury, NY, Herndon, VA, Alexandria, VA, Hanover, MD, San Diego, CA, Fremont, CA, Pasadena, CA, Cypress, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Denver, CO, Tacoma, WA.
Standard work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST, excluding federal holidays. Remote work is not authorized.
The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:
- Records & Information Management
- Manage physical and electronic records in compliance with DCSA policies, including file creation, maintenance, and secure storage.
- Maintain and update databases, file repositories, spreadsheets, and other information systems to track workload, training data, and operational metrics.
- Ensure proper marking, handling, and secure packaging/shipment of classified and controlled unclassified information (CUI).
- Personnel & Program Support
- Support employee in/out processing, coordinating access, credentials, training, equipment, and other onboarding/offboarding requirements.
- Provide administrative assistance to leadership, including business operations support, phone/desk coverage, and preparation of correspondence, reports, and action packages.
- Prepare and reconcile time/attendance reports; respond to information requests; monitor and track suspense actions, deadlines, and workload priorities.
- Document & Correspondence Management
- Create, review, and revise official documents, correspondence, reports, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and appropriate formatting.
- Route and distribute correspondence, monitor organizational mailboxes, and assign tasks to appropriate personnel.
- Serve as point of contact for updates, queries, and coordination with internal and external offices.
- Operations & Logistics Support
- Coordinate conference room reservations, calendars, and technical support; ensure meeting spaces are maintained in a ready state.
- Maintain office supply inventory, process orders, reconcile purchases, and review invoices.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, and resolving basic operational issues.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills (English).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in a DoD or federal security environment.
- Familiarity with DCSA processes.
