Gardenside LTC currently has 3 part-time positions open.
Hours:
Nights: (5) shifts per week - 32-35 hours per week 10:15pm - 5:15am.
Evenings: (3) 8 hr shifts per week - 24 hours per week 1:45pm - 10:15pm OR (2) 12 hr shifts per week - 1:45pm - 2:15am
Nights: (1) 12 hr shift per week 6p - 6a
every-other weekend and rotating holidays.
Differentials:
$2 more per hour when you work between 2pm - 6am (any day you work these hours)
$4 more per hour on weekends (Friday starting at 2pm through Monday morning at 6am)
short notice bonus= 40% more pay when called in with less than 24 hours notice (calculated off base pay)
HOLIDAY PAY when you work on the holiday is DOUBLE TIME.
Position description
The CNA provides personal resident care in cooperation with other care providers to meet the needs of our residents. Contributes to the completion of the comprehensive assessment and care plan for each resident and provides cares in accordance with the individualized plan of care. Performs duties in such a way to enhance teamwork and professionalism. Communicates effectively with other care providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answers call lights, promptly
* Completes ADL, work sheet, turn sheet and restraint sheet every shift.
* Reports all changes in the residents condition.
* Assist residents with all aspects of their daily living needs.
* Performs all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, as instructed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current Certified Nurse Aide certification from the State of Nebraska or willing to obtain certification.
* CPR certified or able to get certification
* Resident focused
* Team player
