Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at JCMG. The ideal candidate will be performing cleaning duties throughout the facility, including physician offices, lobby, waiting areas, and restrooms. Maintaining a safe and clean environment is essential to support our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of physician offices, lobby, waiting areas, and restrooms.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment throughout the facility.
• Use mops, brooms, vacuums, cleaning chemicals, and personal protective equipment effectively and safely.
• Provide quality and prompt customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Demonstrate a high work ethic and always maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience with floor cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high work ethic.
