Duties
- Develop and oversee age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote spiritual growth and biblical understanding.
- Lead and train volunteer teams to ensure effective delivery of children’s programs.
- Coordinate weekly Sunday school sessions, special events, and holiday programs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children of all backgrounds.
- Provide mentorship and support to children and their families, including offering bereavement support when needed.
- Collaborate with church leadership to align ministry goals with overall church mission.
- Plan community outreach events to engage families and promote the ministry’s presence in the local community.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in educational or faith-based settings.
