In this role, you’ll showcase our community, lease apartments, and provide exceptional customer service while creating a lasting first impression for prospective residents. - What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Leasing Professional:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or college degree preferred.
- Customer service and sales experience, with the ability to communicate clearly and build positive relationships.
- Ability to handle routine office tasks, walk and show apartments frequently, and occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds.
What You’ll Do as a Leasing Professional:
- Lease and market apartments, including showing units, explaining leases, and processing applications.
- Maintain accurate resident records, handle fees and deposits, and assist with notices and rental payments.
- Support resident relations and community marketing, including posting ads and helping with promotions.
