Title of Position: Elementary Classroom Educational Assistant
Position Type [FT/PT/temporary, etc.]: Part Time – this position is needed Monday through Friday for 7 hours per day on student contact days during the school year.
Pay Range: $16.25-19.50
Location (If applicable): Elementary Campus located at 9955 Yarrow Street in Broomfield, CO
Description of Responsibilities: Assist teacher and students in the classroom. Perform light clerical work. Monitor playground and assist with field trips as needed.
Required Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred. Substitute Teaching License is preferred.
Required Skills: Requires basic language, math, and writing skills. Knowledge of general office equipment and computers is preferred. This position requires cross training in office equipment, including use of computers; communication skills, the ability to work with groups of students, and the ability to work independently.
