Junior Graphic Designer (Ecommerce & Catalog Production)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing ecommerce and marketing teams. This role is ideal for an entry-level designer looking to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, product storytelling, motion graphics, and print catalog production.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our products to life through infographics, product visuals, motion content, and direct mail catalogs—helping customers quickly understand what makes our products valuable.
What You’ll Do
Ecommerce & Product Content
- Design product infographics that clearly communicate features, benefits, and usage
- Create Amazon, Shopify, and marketplace listing visuals
- Optimize images for conversion (mobile-first thinking, clarity, hierarchy)
- Assist in developing branded visual templates for consistent product storytelling
Catalog & Print Production
- Support layout and production of direct mail catalogs (50–100 pages)
- Flow products, pricing, and copy into pre-designed templates
- Assist in page creation for promotional spreads and seasonal campaigns
- Prepare files for print (bleeds, color profiles, proofing)
Motion Graphics & Video
- Create short-form motion graphics for product highlights, ads, and social media
- Animate product features, icons, and text overlays
- Assist in editing product videos and lightweight video production
Brand & Marketing Support
- Maintain visual consistency across all channels
- Assist with marketing assets including:
- Email graphics
- Social media posts
- Digital ads
- Organize and manage design files and assets
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of graphic design experience (internships count)
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Basic familiarity with:
- After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar (motion/video)
- Strong understanding of:
- Layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Designing for both print and digital
Bonus (Not Required but Valuable)
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Understanding of conversion-focused design
- Photography or product photo editing experience
- Exposure to catalog or print production workflows
