Job Description
We're seeking professional and caring NEMT Drivers to join our growing team. As an NEMT Driver, you'll transport passengers to and from hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, dialysis, and other healthcare facilities while ensuring comfort, safety, and respect throughout the trip.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments.
- Assist passengers with mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure all passengers are properly secured using seatbelts and wheelchair restraints.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and timely reporting through company dispatch systems.
- Keep vehicles clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and treat every passenger with compassion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in NEMT, paratransit, or caregiving is a plus.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist passengers as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS routing systems.
- Experience transporting elderly or disabled clients.
