The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications. Responsibilities to include:
- Work in conjunction with Sales, Trading, and Infrastructure teams to support the Fixed Income business
- Cross functional project management related to the Fixed Income business
- Work with the COO Team to analyze and monitor developing trends and create reporting across various metrics
- Analyze data sets to help identify potential problems and conceptualize solutions to streamline operations
- Creating management reporting and developing business requirements documents
- Document and organize electronic trading program related to trading activity, brokerage, and invoicing
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
- Related experience in Fixed Income Sales, Trading, Operations, or Business Management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests evolving on a daily basis
- Energetic and enthusiastic and able to handle confidential information
- Experience with financial analysis, management reporting and document management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to produce results under time constraints

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
