What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and professionalism.
• Assist customers in selecting the Toyota vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, financing options, and available protection products.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers using phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
• Generate business through referrals, repeat customers, community networking, and digital leads.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, current incentives, and competitor products.
• Work collaboratively with the Finance, Service, and Management teams to create an outstanding ownership experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the dealership CRM.

Compensation
