As a Valet Driver, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by safely moving vehicles, assisting customers, and helping maintain an organized and professional dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Safely park, retrieve, and move customer and dealership vehicles.
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Transport vehicles between dealership departments and designated locations as needed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient vehicle staging and parking area.
- Handle Mercedes-Benz vehicles and other luxury automobiles with exceptional care.
- Communicate professionally with service advisors, sales staff, and other dealership employees.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic regulations.
- Keep customer keys organized and secure.
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing the Jeff Wyler and Mercedes-Benz brands.
