BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN

Jeff Wyler Forest Park Collision Center — Fairfield, Ohio

Because Apparently, “It’ll Buff Out” Isn’t an Actual Repair Strategy.

Are you a Body Shop Technician who can look at a wrecked vehicle and immediately start mentally calculating how you're going to bring it back to life?

Do you know the difference between a repair that is “good enough” and a repair that is actually right?

Can you identify a questionable repair from 30 feet away?

If so, we should probably talk.

Jeff Wyler Forest Park Collision Center is looking for a talented, hardworking, detail-obsessed Body Shop Technician to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a damaged vehicle, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and doesn't consider “close enough” an acceptable measurement.

YOUR MISSION

Your job is simple:

Take vehicles that have had a very bad day and make them look like they never did.

You'll be responsible for repairing collision damage safely, accurately, and efficiently while following manufacturer procedures and professional industry standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Repair collision damage and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

• Perform structural and non-structural repairs.

• Remove and replace damaged body panels, components, and related parts.

• Perform body repairs, metal finishing, welding, and other collision-related work.

• Properly disassemble vehicles for repair and reassemble them when the job is complete.

• Follow OEM repair procedures and safety requirements.

• Inspect your work because “I think it looks good” isn't exactly a quality-control process.

• Communicate with estimators, parts personnel, painters, technicians, and management.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Identify additional damage when discovered and communicate it appropriately.

• Take pride in delivering a finished vehicle you're comfortable putting your name on.

• Occasionally stare at a mangled quarter panel and wonder, “Who did this to you?”

THE BOTTOM LINE

We're looking for someone who can repair cars, solve problems, work hard, and occasionally laugh when something goes sideways.

If you can turn “Oh man, that's wrecked” into “You'd never know it was in an accident,” you're exactly the kind of person we're looking for.

Bring your skills.

Bring your tools.

Bring your work ethic.

We'll bring the wrecked cars.
