What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing Import Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales, volume, and profitability goals.
• Build, develop, and cultivate a team environment centered around accountability, growth, teamwork, and success.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-performing automotive sales talent.
• Lead from the front by demonstrating strong sales skills, product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing ability.
• Manage daily sales operations, including deal structure, customer interactions, inventory strategy, and sales process execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales results, gross profit, F&I opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily sales meetings, individual coaching sessions, and ongoing performance development.
• Ensure every customer receives a world-class buying experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
• Partner with Finance, Service, and dealership leadership to achieve overall dealership objectives.
• Analyze market trends, inventory, and competitive activity to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and all state and federal regulations.
• Create and maintain a positive, professional, and competitive work environment where employees can thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Automotive experience required.
• Automotive management experience preferred.
• Proven success in automotive sales with measurable results.
• Strong sales ability with a history of achieving and exceeding goals.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to inspire accountability while creating a positive and supportive workplace.
• Strong understanding of dealership sales processes, customer experience, and profitability drivers.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of successful automotive sales management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Deep understanding of dealership operations, inventory management, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Nissan experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with VinSolutions, Dealertrack, vAuto, and CDK or similar dealership management systems.
• Strong understanding of digital retailing, CRM management, and lead conversion strategies.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain top-performing sales professionals.
