Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

Explain product features, pricing, financing, and warranties

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person communication

Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends

Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:
