The Maintenance (Lube) Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in automotive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point vehicle inspections

• Check and top off fluids (brake, transmission, coolant, etc.)

• Inspect belts, hoses, brakes, and other basic vehicle components

• Maintain accurate records of services performed

• Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in clean and safe condition

• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate any additional service needs to service advisors or senior technicians.

• Mechanical aptitude

• Team-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Dependable and punctual

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous automotive or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
