Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Interaction:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
• Offer test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
• Negotiate sales terms and close sales transactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mazda's inventory, including specifications, pricing, warranties, and features.
• Ensure vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer viewing.
• Assist in pricing and promotional initiatives and participate in sales events or special promotions.
• Customer Service and Follow-Up:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing follow-up support.
  • Assist with paperwork, financing applications, and other administrative tasks.
  • Address any questions or concerns customers may have, striving for satisfaction.

  INDSJBR  

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive brands, models, and market trends a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
