What We’re Looking For:
A-Level Technician
- Confident in advanced diagnostics
- CDJR experience is a big plus (not required, but helpful)
- Can handle complex drivability, engine, and transmission work
- Team player who can mentor younger techs when needed
B-Level Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Comfortable with drivability
- Can handle most jobs independently
- Wants to keep learning and move toward A-level
