What You’ll Do

• Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.

• Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles and help customers make informed decisions.

• Respond to customer inquiries, showroom traffic, and sales leads in a timely and professional manner.

• Build relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.

• Guide customers through the buying process and work with the sales management and finance teams to provide a smooth experience.

• Stay informed about available inventory and vehicle features.

• Develop repeat and referral business by building lasting customer relationships.

• Work toward sales goals while maintaining the service standards expected of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family.
