Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville is looking for an experienced, motivated Shop Foreman to join our growing Service Department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and support the technician team on a daily basis
- Assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and complex repairs
- Help assign and prioritize repair orders based on technician skill and workload
- Monitor workflow, productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for technicians
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional shop
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to keep vehicles moving through the shop
- Assist with quality control and final repair verification
- Help develop technicians through coaching, training, and hands-on support
- Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented shop culture
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has:
- Several years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, Team Leader, or similar leadership experience preferred
- Toyota/Lexus experience is a strong plus
- ASE certifications are preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to diagnose problems and help others solve them
- A strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
- A desire to grow with a respected automotive organization
