Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall is " Now Hiring" a Part Time Receptionist!

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and support daily administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 6pm (More Hours could be added if others call off)

Pay $13 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and copying

• Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person

• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth office operations

• Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, scheduling software)

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask and work independently
