Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously
- Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and cost estimates
- Ensure time management and a high quality of work
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient communication
- Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and problem resolution

- Previous Customer Service Experience required
- Previous Service Advisor a Plus
