Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:
- Order, receive, and bill parts accurately
- Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
- Stock shelves and ensure the parts area is neat and clean
- Assist customers (retail and technicians) with parts inquiries and orders
- Help manage parts inventory with bin counts and record keeping
- Handle the pick-up and delivery of parts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Perform other duties as needed by management
Qualifications

Parts Counterperson Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts (dealership or retail parts outlet preferred)
- A strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team
- Comfortable with computer systems and technology
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
