Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal CDJR vehicle to match their needs
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
- Build strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
- Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on the latest CDJR models, promotions, and financing options
- Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love

Qualifications:CDJR Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Go-getters with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed
- Previous Sales experience (automotive is a plus, but not a dealbreaker!)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
