What you’ll do
- Complete a structured training program covering sales, customer service, financing, and leadership.
- Assist customers in selecting and buying vehicles that fit their needs.
- Learn pricing, financing options, and product knowledge.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Work with the sales team and leadership to hit goals and improve processes.

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Recent college grad (or equivalent) with a strong desire to build a career in sales management
