 We are adding Car Wash Sales Associate to our team!!

513 Carwash Wash Associate is our front line of customer service. We are looking for motivated, self-driven professionals for our very fast paced, high volume business.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greet and advise customers of 513wash products/services and process sales transactions
2. Safely prep and direct the vehicle into the wash tunnel.
3. Maintain the interior and exterior of the property so customers always feel comfortable. Keep all customer-related material stocked and clean, rain or shine.
4. Participate in extensive training to keep your skills in production up to date. Ask for assistance from the management if you have any questions regarding the job expectations.
5. Ensure the facility is always clean and prepared for customers according to our high standards.
6. Deliver a clean, quick, car wash every time, with a smile.

Salary and Hours:

Base Pay: Hourly pay of $18.00 hr. depending on experience and performance bonus potential for subscription sales

Requirements
 

• Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
• Attend scheduled Team Meetings.
• Must be available to work weekends

This position requires the employee to communicate verbally and in writing, hear at a conversational

level, use vision for depth perception and to distinguish between basic shades and colors.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will continuously be required to stand or walk. The employee will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, reach, and/or twist at the waist while rotating. The employee will continuously perform repetitive movements, use hands for gripping pressure, and operate hand and foot controls. The employee will infrequently be required to lift 50lbs. for up to 3 feet. The employee will occasionally be required to pull 10 lbs. for up to 10 feet and carry up to 50lbs. for 10 feet. The employee may also be required to repeatedly bend, kneel, and balance. The employee will rarely be required to climb stairs and ladders.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

The employee will rarely be required to work with machinery with moving parts and wear gloves. The wash associate will frequently be required to work indoors and outdoors in temperatures of 0-100 degrees Fahrenheit. The employee will frequently be required to work with chemicals and wear eye or hearing protection.
