The Wyler Collection, BMW, Dublin is seeking a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review repair orders (ROs) for BMW warranty eligibility (New Vehicle Limited Warranty, CPO, Maintenance Programs)
- Code and submit claims via BMW systems (e.g., DCSnet/KeyReader/Warranty Vehicle Inquiry)
- Validate labor operations using BMW flat rate manuals and KSD labor times
- Ensure technician stories, diagnostics, and test plans meet BMW documentation standards
- Verify proper use of PuMA cases when required for complex repairs
- Track submitted claims, resolve rejects, and resubmit with corrections
- Post warranty payments and reconcile schedules in the DMS
- Monitor and reduce BMW warranty receivables aging
- Audit closed ROs to ensure compliance with BMW NA policies
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to correct documentation gaps
- Stay current on BMW Service Information Bulletins (SIBs) and warranty updates

Qualifications
- 2 years BMW or European brand warranty experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of BMW NA warranty policies and procedures
- Experience with BMW systems (DCSnet, AIR, KeyReader)
- Proficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
