Shift/Schedule:
- Full-Time | variation of 12:00pm - 8:00pm and 8:30am - 5:00pm
- 5-Day Work Week (Monday–Saturday, Closed Sundays)
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers online and over the phone to assist with vehicle selection.
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts.
- Support product specialists in setting and managing appointments.
- Perform data mining to drive appointments and boost sales.
- Build relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a professional and helpful approach to enhance our dealership’s reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, energetic personality with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with computers and detail-oriented.
- A motivated, organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus — but not required. We train for success!
- Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required — we welcome all strong communicators!
