Car Wash Assistant Manager – Job description
Car Wash Assistant manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring high customer service, and maintaining the facility and equipment's cleanliness and safety standards at their location while providing outstanding experience for all customers.
We are looking for potential applicants with experience in the Car Wash Business, proven records in Operations Management, maximizing performance and driving results.
Salary and Hours:
Base Pay: Hourly pay of $21.00 to $22.00hr. depending on experience and performance uncapped bonus potential for subscription sales and retention bonus.

- Supervise and mentor Car wash Associates and Supervisors, as needed, to ensure appropriate work is assigned according to associates’ skill level.
- Verify that all Services are completed accurately and in a professional manner and or accepted industry practices.
- Supervise and ensure communication between Car Care Center and customer. Ensure that customer is kept up to date and ensures accuracy of repair permissions, agreements, and expectations and that promised estimates and completion times are met.
- Supervise and ensure continuous implementation and adherence to all AAA Car Care policies and procedures.
