- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests and clients
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and perform clerical tasks such as proofreading and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring a welcoming environment
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Knowledge of office management practices along with experience in customer support roles such as medical or dental receptionist is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills
