Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will a background in pool & spa industry with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues.
- Must be willing to work in all weather condition.
- Have basic knowledge of 120V & 240V systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns.
- Work with logic controllers and other electronic devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot mechanical failures effectively.
- Have basic plumbing skills.
Experience
Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clienya
- Experience in mechanical repairs is preferred.
