Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Scranton, PA. The Sales Specialist will engage with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, provide personalized quotes, and recommend suitable State Farm products across auto, home, life, and other lines. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone and in-person inquiries, scheduling and conducting coverage reviews, processing applications, and following up on leads generated through marketing and referrals. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, supporting policy changes, and assisting with billing and service questions to ensure a positive customer experience. In addition, the Sales Specialist will participate in training sessions, collaborate with team members on sales initiatives, and contribute to meeting agency sales and service goals.
Qualifications
