Dealer Valet/Shuttle Service

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle / Valet Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and/or parking and retrieving vehicles while delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate is courteous, attentive, and committed to safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from designated locations
• Provide valet services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles efficiently
• Greet customers warmly and assist with luggage or directions as needed
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles
• Manage vehicle keys securely and accurately
• Provide a positive, helpful experience for all guests
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move continuously during shift
• Prior experience in driving, valet, or hospitality is a plus but not required
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (luggage assistance)
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and driving
• Ability to quickly enter and exit vehicles
