In this position, you will be entrusted with more than day-to-day management. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our agents, while partnering with our company trainer who specializes in new agent training. We want a leader who can engage, motivate, and cultivate strong relationships, someone who leads by example and empowers others to excel.
You'll be the driving force behind increasing agent productivity, with a sharp focus on elevating mid-tier producers into top-performing agents. You will identify where agents are in their journey, close the gaps, and build the habits and systems that move the needle. Equally important is your ability to recruit experienced agents across varying levels of production, build genuine relationships that make Jeff Cook Real Estate LPT Realty the clear choice, and retain the talent we work hard to bring in. You'll foster a winning culture and ensure that each agent has the tools, training, and support they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:
- Inspire Growth: Lead agents to achieve both personal and office production goals by fostering an environment of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement. ● Foster Success: Conduct one-on-one coaching, group trainings, and Lunch & Learns to help agents sharpen their skills and achieve results.
- Build Culture: Create an environment where positivity, collaboration, and success thrive while keeping a sharp focus on our core values. Celebrate top performers, challenge the middle achievers, and motivate the rest to reach their potential.
- Drive Results: Monitor CRM health, track progress, and implement strategies to grow office transactions and volume.
- Recruit and Develop: Attract new talent to the team and mentor future leaders from within.
- Collaborate: Build and improve upon relationships with other internal team offices, operations staff, outside brokerages, and vendors.
