The company continues to experience exponential month-over-month growth as one of the fastest-growing companies in the cannabis industry and we have begun our aggressive national expansion to all the legalized cannabis states in the USA.Position SummaryThe Cannabis Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the intake, tracking, and distribution of cannabis biomass throughout the facility. This role is responsible for maintaining real-time inventory accuracy, supporting cannabis infusion order creation, and facilitating timely communication and coordination between the Supply Chain, Production, Compliance, and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. This position serves as a key support function within the Bulk Cannabis team and contributes directly to the efficiency and accuracy of production readiness.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of cannabis materials received, graded, and allocated into production workflowsAssist with cannabis grading and intake processes, ensuring all product meets company quality standards prior to releaseVerify and validate batch records submitted by the Production department to ensure compliance and accuracySupport the Cannabis Specialist in generating cannabis infusion orders in the ERP system, ensuring proper material allocationReconcile cannabis inventory across ERP and METRC systems to maintain regulatory compliance and operational accuracyCoordinate with the Distribution team and vendors to schedule inbound and outbound cannabis transfers, ensuring timely material availabilityCollaborate with the Compliance team to review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and support decision-making related to quality assuranceHelp monitor upcoming production needs and assist in forecasting material requirements to maintain continuity in productionTrack and troubleshoot any discrepancies between internal systems and external reporting tools, escalating issues as necessaryAct as a key point of communication between Cannabis, Production, Accounting, and Compliance to ensure alignment on materials, reporting, and complianceAssist with the ongoing improvement of intake, grading, and allocation processes through accurate documentation and executionMaintain clean and organized cannabis storage areas in compliance with all state and company regulationsRequired Skills and AbilitiesWorking knowledge of cannabis grading standards and plant material characteristicsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track large volumes of data and product movementProficient in data entry and documentation using ERP or inventory management systemsAbility to work in a regulated environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailCollaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work across multiple departmentsWillingness to learn new systems, regulations, and procedures in a dynamic and evolving industryEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1-2 years of experience in the cannabis industry, supply chain, or inventory coordinationPrior experience working with cannabis inventory, ERP systems, or METRC preferredExperience in a production or regulated industry is a plusMust be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the cannabis industry in accordance with local regulationsEEOC: DreamFields is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
