Summary

We are seeking a Packaging Department Associate to join our team in our Braintree, MA location. In this role, you will work closely with the production department in our warehouse preparing orders for shipments.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment to package products efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards during the packaging process.
• Maintain accurate records of packaged products and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize packaging processes.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged goods to ensure they meet specifications.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training sessions for new packaging techniques and safety protocols.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new processes and adapt.
• Must be punctual, dependable, work efficiently.
• Ability to complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Ability to seamlessly transition from a team to individual work environment.
• Experience in packaging or warehouse operations preferred.
