Bar Tender
Opening and Closing
Preparation and Setup: Unlock coolers and kegs, Inspect and turn on Beer taps, Check functionality of ther bar equipment.
Stocking and Restocking
Restock necessary alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Prepare and cut fresh garnishes and juices, ensuring they are ready for use.
Cleaning and organization
Clean and sanitize the bar area including bar top, sinks, and any dirty equipment.
Set up room by placing mats, napkins, and any signage needed
Collaboration:
Bar Tenders work closely with other staff, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service
Problem solving:
Bartenders address customers complaints or issues to insure a positive experience
Training
In some cases, Bar Tenders may train new staff on drink preparation. bar operations or cleaning procedures
