What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Assistant Manager position at JED Fresh?
Turn your love of food into a career. Our Assistant Manager position is similar to that of a Shift Supervisor. You’ll support the management team in all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance of the restaurant during the assigned shift. They must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a cook, line server, and cashier. Previous supervisory experience is required. To be successful in this role, you must be a true “people” champion, have a passion for fresh, quality food and a dedication to providing the highest level of guest service. Qualified candidates have reliable transportation, are able to work a flexible schedule, and able to pass a thorough criminal background check. At some restaurant locations a current, valid driver license may be required. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
