Construction Manager job
We are looking for an experienced Production/Warehouse/Orders Manager to organize and oversee the remodeling of bathrooms. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production crews and the quality of output. We receive very high customer reviews now, and we want to maintain that high level. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive remodeling process using our own detailed systems that are in place now.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for annual performance bonus based on company and individual results.
Responsibilities
- Order materials and monitor budgets.
- Organize workflow/two warehouse locations
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Efficient ordering and warehouse
- Enforce health and safety precaution.
Skills
- Proven experience.
- Deep knowledge of production/logistics
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in office software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
