The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial success, and guest experience of the establishment. This role oversees all aspects of daily operations, including food and beverage service, staffing, budgeting, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, compliance, and facility standards. The manager serves as the primary leader on-site and is accountable for achieving business objectives while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Direct and oversee all day-to-day operations of the business.
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly staff across all departments.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective operational and financial management.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, labor costs, inventory controls, and expense management.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Establish and maintain service, quality, and cleanliness standards throughout the operation.
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members and department leaders.
- Analyze financial reports, sales performance, and key operating metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share, guest retention, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on business planning, goal setting, and performance initiatives.
- Oversee vendor relationships, purchasing programs, inventory management, and cost-control measures.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, food service, or related operations.
- Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and team-development skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales, improve profitability, and manage multiple operational priorities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
