Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming partner certification for Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and Apple TV across multiple product lines and markets Triage automation failures and analyzed crash, performance, and KPI logs using Jira, Looker, Grafana, and Kibana, driving quick defect resolution with firmware and SoC teams.
Maintain test artifacts, including validation strategies, test plans, and release documentation to scale team efficiency
Collaborating with Product and SoC teams to improve coverage, risk-based testing, and defect turnaround times
