WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Salon Manager leads the salon and spa team towards success by promoting exceptional guest satisfaction, teamwork, quality control and profits. The manager builds and maintains a relationship with guests; handling concerns and opportunities efficiently and effectively while remaining consistent with the organization’s vision of being world class. As part of leading the daily operations, managers are responsible for providing mentorship to their team, handling administrative tasks such as reporting and checking paperwork for accuracy, controlling inventory, and acting as a liaison between the corporate office and team members.

PAY & BENEFITS: Pay begins at $60,000/year plus bonus potential. LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS: Our Blue Bell, PA salon is open Monday to Saturday and the managers must have open availability to work anytime from open to close. The ability to travel between the Strafford and Philadelphia locations for training and meetings is required. This is a standing only position that requires some flexibility and mobility for various responsibilities such as bending to lift boxes and stock inventory.
