Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams related to alarm system installations.
- Utilize hand tools and voltmeters effectively for installation and testing of alarm equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs performed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in alarm system installation and maintenance.
Skills
- Proficiency in field service operations related to alarm systems.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings for effective installation planning.
- Experience with hand tools necessary for construction inspection and alarm system installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
