The hourly rate for this position is $18.35/hr tips

The Valle Michelin Star Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. Server Assistants will also have the following job responsibilities:

• Assist the Server in service to assigned tables.
• Bus tables and clean work areas as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and understand when the next course should be presented to the guest.
• Run food from kitchen to table as required.
• Roll silverware & polish glasses as needed.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages as requested.

Qualifications

• 1 years’ experience in a medium range to fine dining Food & Beverage role.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight for an extended period of time.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ability to meet high performance expectations of a Michelin star restaurant.
• Must be have open availability Tuesday-Saturday.
