- Assist the Server in service to assigned tables.
- Bus tables and clean work areas as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs and understand when the next course should be presented to the guest.
- Run food from kitchen to table as required.
- Roll silverware & polish glasses as needed.
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages as requested.
Qualifications
- 1 years’ experience in a medium range to fine dining Food & Beverage role.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight for an extended period of time.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Works well under pressure.
- Ability to meet high performance expectations of a Michelin star restaurant.
- Must be have open availability Tuesday-Saturday.
