Retail Showroom Assistant

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, customer-focused individual with a strong track record of reliability, consistent attendance, and follow-through. In this role, you will assist with daily retail operations, customer service, inventory, and sales of our pool, hot tub, and sauna products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and vendors in a friendly, professional manner
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and address issues as needed
- Open and close the showroom, process transactions, handle returns, and maintain cash accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
- Assist with water testing, hot tub balancing, and product demonstrations
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and recommendations
- Receive, stock, and count inventory, reporting any discrepancies
- Assist clients with product purchases
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Seek ways to better promote the store, products, and services
- Previous knowledge of pool and spa products and chemicals is a plus, or a willingness to learn all aspects of the industry
- Able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week and available to work Saturdays during peak season (late April–August)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, push, pull, and carry items for short distances
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool safely

Pay: $17–$19/hr commission on hot tub and sauna sales
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturdays (April–August): 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
