Player Services - Wigwam FT

Scope and Purpose:
This position ensures that a high level of service is offered to all guests and that we exceed the expectations of every guest every time. This position also ensures that the fleet of golf carts is kept clean and in good working order, and that guests clubs are kept clean, in accordance with Company standards.

Essential Functions:

• Loading and unloading golf bags onto golf carts.
• Cleaning guests clubs both before and after the round.
• Cleaning and detailing of golf carts, building and cart barn.
• Staging of golf carts.
• Retrieve golf balls using the tracker
• Unloading and washing range golf balls
• Opens and closes the practice facility
• Maintains rental club inventory and overnight bag storage
• Executes Marketing/Promotional plans
• Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer skills
• Must demonstrate exceptional guest service and public relations skills
• Must be able to perform professionally in a high volume, high profile, demanding environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, grasp, push, and pull.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, load, and unload golf bags, range balls, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull golf carts and other equipment.
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit golf carts and operate golf-cart and range-retrieval equipment safely.
• Sufficient vision, hearing, and communication ability to interact with guests, observe surroundings, and safely perform assigned duties.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with cleaning golf clubs, golf carts, and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, direct sunlight, wind, dust, and occasional rain.
• Items weighing more than 50 pounds must be handled with assistance or appropriate equipment.

Work Environment:

Work environment is typical of a golf cart on an open golf course. The temperature and weather conditions of the work area are affected by outside conditions. Golf bag and golf cart storage areas may be dusty, especially during cleaning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
• All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance suitable for public golf courses (specific standards available).

Pay:  $12.15 per hour plus tips (minimum $15.15 per hour) for 2026
