What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Project Manager position at JDM Electric?
We are looking for an electrical project manager to assist with project documentation, permitting, cost/cash flow management and likely some estimating.
We are a growing electrical contractor in San Diego performing a mix of commercial and residential projects.
A good candidate will be self-motivated, a clear communicator in written and verbal interactions with an outlook of improving service to our customers as well as helping the company succeed through successful implementation of systems and standardization.
Experience level can vary, this is most likely a good opportunity for someone who feels stagnant or not sufficiently free in their current role.
Success in this role will be defined by adoption and furtherance of systems that create efficiency and drive quality, revenue and helps keep everyone from scrambling to figure out the next emergency.
A significant amount of work will be able to be performed from home or an environment where the candidate feels most comfortable and productive, with occasional site visits, company meetings and the like.
W2 or 1099. Benefits can be negotiated.
