Overview
JDL Access (JDLA) provides comprehensive reimbursement support services to medical technology companies. Our mission is to bridge the gap to market adoption.
The JDLA Administrative Assistant is a part-time role that supports all of our staff and our daily office operations in our Clearwater, FL office.
Duties
Provide general administrative support including:
o Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) and ensure document accessibility
o Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendar logistics
o Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
o Assist with data entry, report generation, and document preparation
o Order and maintain office supplies inventory
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience (experience in healthcare preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
