About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and flexible Part-Time Flex Team Member – Warehouse Associate to support our Post-Production team at our Redlands, California facility.

This position offers approximately 20–30 hours per week, with weekday shifts scheduled between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM based on business needs. Daily assignments may change depending on order volume and department priorities, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and helping wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack, process, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and product preparation
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and order details for accuracy
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily productivity goals
• Follow daily instructions and communicate with team leads and management
• Move between tasks or departments as business needs change
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow company quality, safety, and food-handling procedures

Qualifications

• Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail when packing, and fulfilling orders
• Able to consistently check order details and reduce errors
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Flexible and able to quickly learn new tasks and assignments
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills are helpful
