$70,000 - $80,000 per year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

On-Call: Rotating weekend schedule and assigned weekday on-call coverage every other week.

As our Project & Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. You'll partner with project managers, service technicians, vendors, and customers to coordinate schedules, manage project details, and ensure every client receives outstanding service.

No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and being the person everyone can count on.

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.

Coordinate multiple construction and facilities projects from start to finish.

Schedule and support field service technicians.

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and project managers.

Process and close work orders accurately and on time.

Update internal systems within 24-48 hours.

Receive, process, and track parts and material deliveries.

Obtain customer approvals for quotes and bids.

Process internal Not-to-Exceed (NTE) requests.

Research, prepare, and submit customer quotes and proposals.

Participate in customer job walks as needed.

Assist with the rotating on-call schedule.

Coordinate overnight projects and work orders.

Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.
