Signal Hill, CA | Full-Time | $90k–$130k | Hybrid (Field Office Remote Flex)

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Superintendent to take the lead on fast-track restaurant TI projects (14–16 week schedules — these move quick). You’ll run the site, manage the subs, push the schedule, and keep everything clean, safe, and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day field operations on quick-serve restaurant and retail TI jobs

• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project timelines

• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and punch lists

• Use Raken (or similar) for daily logs, documentation, and photos

• Solve problems fast, communicate early, and flag anything that puts the job at risk

• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-first site from demo to turnover

• Work closely with PMs and clients — you’re the face of the jobsite

What You Bring

• 5 years running commercial TI work (restaurant/retail experience is a major plus)

• A strong grasp of construction schedules, scopes, and sequencing

• Clear communicator who keeps teams informed and projects moving

• Comfortable with construction tech (Raken, PlanGrid, Procore, etc.)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and proud of a well-run jobsite

• Willing to travel for projects across multiple states when needed
